PLOS Medicine recently published a large study examining the relationship between air pollution and dementia.
The study analyzed data from 27.8 million Medicare beneficiaries in the United States between 2000 and 2018.

- Was associated with approximately an 8.5% increase in Alzheimer’s disease risk
